Welcome to Afterlife Press (“Afterlife Press,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use this Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access.

2. Products & Availability

All products sold by Afterlife Press are subject to availability. Many of our publications are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked or reprinted once sold out. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee that colors, textures, or images displayed on your device will perfectly match the physical product.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

By placing an order, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including taxes, shipping, and handling fees where applicable.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, errors in pricing or inventory, or violation of these Terms. If an order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded the amount paid.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Afterlife Press is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier’s possession.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the limited-edition nature of our publications, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or minor cosmetic variations inherent to print production.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, artwork, logos, designs, videos, and publications, is owned by or licensed to Afterlife Press and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Interfere with the Site’s security or functionality

  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the Site
