All online sales are final and we do not accept any returns. If your order arrives and has been damaged in transit, pleasecontact usdirectly for assistance. Thank you!
Our aim is to ship orders out twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays (except on holidays when orders will ship out the following business day).
- Postage prices are calculated based on weight, value, destination, and carrier service.
- To save on shipping costs we can only ship orders when ALL items are available to ship. We do not ship partial orders.
- Transit time varies by location. Shipping durations are as quoted by the websites of the United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx.
- We are not responsible for any delays due to weather, customs inspections, etc., after your package has been delivered to the carrier.
- Please note that any International duties, taxes and/or customs charges levied by the country of import are solely the customer's responsibility, and are not included as part of the sale price or shipping cost.
